Sis, Lets Do Brunch and Spill the Tea
Sis, Lets Do Brunch and Spill the Tea
A Sisterhood of conversations, coalition, and community building over brunch. This brunch & tea is an exclusive invitation for women in various sectors, including business, holistic, philanthropy & higher education, to hold an intimate conversation over brunch – challenging narratives, championing wellness, and creating space for other sisters to join us. We create solutions by forming a team of female leaders to develop actionable processes to increase the investments in our girls and young women.
Our conversation concentrates on the community of black girls and women who are under-served and under-educated. Not uneducated, under… given only enough information to survive and not thrive. We want to begin the conversations and challenge the narrative to change not only the way we’re viewed but the way our young sisters view us.
During brunch, we have an opportunity to listen to women from every facet of life. Panels will include women who volunteer their time speaking on shared experiences and their wealth of knowledge. In addition to the discussion and yummy brunch, we will connect with other amazing women and girls.
Sis, Let’s Talk is our monthly heart check-in and strategy circle—a grounded extension of Sis, Let’s Do Brunch, created for us to stay connected, resourced, and aligned. Each month, we gather in a nurturing space to share tools, wisdom, and care that center the brilliance and well-being of Black girls and women.
Together, we speak life into our goals, our growth, and our healing. Each conversation moves with purpose—from health to heritage, sisterhood to strategy—and every session offers space to learn, reflect, and replenish.
Here, we engage in real talk and collective planning. We discuss what sustains us: financial health, emotional balance, creativity, career shifts, motherhood, and the rituals that keep us whole. Each gathering flows with openness, intention, and joy.
Community is strategy. It’s also care, connection, and a mental health resource.
Sis, Let’s Talk holds that truth by design—every voice valued, every story sacred, every moment an opportunity to grow together.
