...you can't get full if your soul isn't fed~SousShe Proverb I have a passion for everything FOOD!!! The relationship between food and I began at a very young age growing up in Chicago. The style, the festivals, the block parties and reunions…food was the center of it all. Once I had children I became more knowledgeable about food sources, different styles, cost and nutrition. Elevating everyday foods into healthy, palatable cuisine is, well MY LIFE!! My city is home to a ton of amazing street foods...Italian Beef, Maxwell Street Polishes, Italian Ice, Gyros...I love all of those things and I brought my own versions out to the Bay with me. A girl from the Ill State to the Bay who slays CUISINE!! I cook to fulfill, create to sustain and share to bless others with my food. One bite, is enough. It is the conversation starter or sometimes the piece itself. Sit back, surround yourself with good company and let me cater to you.
