empowerHER: Navigating Wellness for Black Women
If Black women aren’t well, the world isn’t either.
Welcome back to EmpowerHER: Navigating Wellness for Black Women, where healing, strategy, and sisterhood converge. We are already preparing for NWBW 2026—because even in the midst of everything, we show up. That’s what we do.
This annual experience centers the brilliance, resilience, and needs of Black women—rooted in the truth that our wellness is a global priority.
Following the commitments made in 2025 under the theme Community Is Strategy, we’re carrying this energy forward, living into what was promised, shared, and begun. Throughout the year, we’ll continue activating spaces, deepening our relationships, and celebrating what’s possible when Black women gather with intention.
On April 25, 2026, we return—bigger, bolder, and more rooted than ever.
We welcome Black women across every spectrum—creatives, caregivers, CEOs, healers, organizers, educators, daughters, and elders.
For any queries or assistance with the registration process, please reach out to us at empowerher@sousshe.org.
