SousSHE is about empowering young black girls and young black women and encouraging their continuous development through entrepreneurship, civics, culinary, and artistic projects. Providing role models, creating safe spaces, and building a powerful community.

Volunteers are the essence of SousSHE – creators and visionaries who align with our mission, aspiring to inspire one girl at a time, while promoting investments and building trust, self-care,  fearlessness, and self-esteem motivation. All types of volunteers are needed, including those with communication abilities, media creators, storytellers, planners, and logistics perfectionists.
