Culinary Cuties

Culinary Cuties is designed to empower young black girls through cooking. We combine culinary arts education with confidence-building and leadership development, providing a safe and supportive environment for girls to grow and learn. We believe that cooking is more than just a life skill – it’s a way to express creativity, explore cultures, and connect with others. Through our program, girls will learn essential kitchen techniques, discover new recipes, gain a deeper understanding of the role food plays in our lives and the confidence to take on new challenges and become leaders in their communities.

Paint Me Empowered

Paint Me Empowered has continued to be a vital part of what we do. We are continuing to provide art in every medium to our communities, organizations and now homeschooling too. We are able to continue this work because of your donations.

Digital Skills & Communications Mastery

The SousSHE Digital Mastery & Leadership Program is a comprehensive curriculum spanning 12 months, divided into quarterly workshops. Each workshop focuses on key digital skills and communication strategies vital for personal and professional growth. Participants will receive a certificate upon completing each course, with a special certificate awarded at the end of the series to those who complete the entire program.
